Halloween Art

Only 2 days left until Halloween - I am not sure where the month went but it is time to get decorating!  I came across this simple idea from Joel Dewberry's website. Use fabric to cover the mat board and insert a halloween picture into a frame you already have. Fast, easy, customized and they look great.
